Delivery Information
At The Baby Basket, we aim to make your shopping experience as simple and reliable as possible. Once your order has been placed, we will begin processing it and preparing it for dispatch.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always aim to keep delays to a minimum.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product ordered, supplier availability and delivery location. Where possible, delivery estimates will be shown at checkout or provided after your order has been confirmed.
As a guide, most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch. Larger items, such as nursery furniture, cribs, strollers or travel systems, may take longer.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
Occasionally, delays may occur due to courier issues, supplier delays, weather, seasonal demand or circumstances outside of our control. If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you updated.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
