Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be suitable for return once opened or used. This may include, but is not limited to:

Baby bottles and feeding accessories
Sterilisers and bottle preparation items once used
Personal care or hygiene products
Mattresses, bedding or sleep-related products once opened
Clothing where tags have been removed
Any item that has been assembled, used or damaged after delivery

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where applicable.

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers may be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
